Shipping / Returns
Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated on check out. We ship most items Australia-wide. We ship orders via Australia Post or local couriers. All parcels are sent with an Authority to Leave (ATL) which means no signature is required upon delivery. Complete Creations will not be held liable for any missing parcels after they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post or the courier.
Pick Ups
We offer a pick-up service from our Earlwood or Campsie location in Sydney. Just select the pick-up option on checkout to ensure that shipping is not charged. Upon order confirmation a member of our team will contact you to arrange a pick-up date and time that is suitable for both parties.
Free Delivery Service
We offer a free delivery service which is limited to a 5km radius from our Earlwood location and only eligible for order over $300. On order a member of our team will arrange a delivery time and date that is suitable to both parties.
Personalised
We require 7-10 days notice to complete any work that requires personalisation. If you have an urgent request please contact to discuss before placing your order.
Returns
We do not offer any returns for change of mind, as most of our items are made to order.
Damages and Issues
We guarantee the Plants are in excellent condition and well packed when leaving Sydney. Photos will be provided; unfortunately in circumstances out of our control parcels can get damaged during delivery all risk passes to the purchaser at the point of departure from our premises.
